This place is awesome, easy access to local shops, City palace, lake pichola, fathe sagar lake. More over the place was very friendly for my pet with whom I was travelling.

The place is at a good location, peaceful neighbourhood. The maintenance was not on point. AC were not giving cooling at all. We called dinesh for it and he did send technician for that on sunday. But there was no one to attend those visiters we had to do it, we were tired from a long drive and needed some rest but as there was no one we had to attend them. The place is good, but we felt it rarely got booked as it felt like it was close from a long time and needed maintenance. The flush had continuously flowing water which emptied the tank every 5-6 hours, which makes me sad as too much water loss. The tv had no remote so it was not accessible. The wifi was not available, on addressing i was advised by caretaker that they had requested to install. Neutral experience, but i was not provided with what was advertised. Would not recommend it.

Very Nice place. Value for money. The toilets need some maintenance and upgradation though.

I liked the stay; the house is very nice and the local caretaker is very responsive; the location while good, is under development and hence little messy ! The mall Is at a walking distance and very useful for groceries or restaurants!
