This was the perfect place to host my 40th birthday party. There was loads of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the surrounding land and peaceful atmosphere. We were easily able to drive or Uber into the downtown areas, but also get to several beautiful hiking spots. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and this house had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and luxurious bathroom in the main bedroom suite. There was plenty of fun to be had at the house itself. We played croquet, pool, darts, foosball, board games, and spent a night out by the fire pit. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to gather with loved ones. Highly recommend for people who want a balance of the outdoors, out of the craziness of downtown, but still accessible if you want to spend a day on broadway. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. They provided recommendations for food and hiking and were genuinely interested in ensuring a good experience. I hope to return!

I have no words for Brent’s kindness & care for us through our stay. I got married in Nashville this past weekend & I asked Brent a few months ago if he would mind hosting my family when they were in town. He was so accommodating, kind & made the weekend absolutely perfect! We arrived to champagne, snacks, a sweet note of congratulations & he constantly communicated with us in case we needed anything! He is a class act. I cannot say enough about him. Just absolutely a gem. Thank you, Brent! Our guests were blown away by the house & his beautiful heart for hosting!!! I would book with you 1,000x over!

We booked this house for 4 couples to enjoy a week in Nashville. The house is very spacious and has a great location. Easy access to all things Nashville that was very helpful for first time visitors. However, this property does have some flaws. Several appliances, light fixtures, cabinets, etc. were covered in a film of grim and dust. The shower in the basement is cinder block, has old spouts, and what appeared to be several stains on the floor. When we arrived we found out that the owner had decided to due hot-tub maintenance that very day which left it inoperable. The jacuzzi jets were also stained and needed to be cleaned. While this wasn't ideal it did not ruin our stay. However, when we notified the owner we were accused of blackmail and manipulation AFTER he offered compensation that we DID NOT ask for. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He escalated what started as a friendly gesture to name calling and accusations very quickly.

We were blown away with this Airbnb! We visited Nashville for my sister's bachelorette trip, and this place had so much room for our group of 10 women. Very clean, great location (15 mins from airport & <20 min to downtown), and very aesthetic with so many cute details and photo opportunities. We had so much fun! Brent was also a great host-super responsive and helpful! Don't hesitate, and book this place!

Incredible Airbnb experience! Not only did Brent’s place have everything my group needed for a lovely tea party, but he left additional goodies in the home for us! Lots of snacks and even a tart and some scones! WOW! Everything about this home was perfect from the amenities to the beautifully decorated rooms. Brent has gone above and beyond for us. Communication was also superb. Easy 10/10!
