there was miscommunication with one of my guest. but Julio was understanding and professional. The porteria security were very nice and i felt safe . really great place. and i would highly recommend. just be careful that the people you invite are respectful. overall. great guy and reasonable. we were able to communicate and left place happy and clean. thanks Julio! the place is near a smart fit gym and the bora bora club. and smart fit gym there’s a food and atm nearby walking. or a couple dollar uber ride.

Excelente lugar para estancia larga, tiene todo lo necesario para vivir y trabajar, escritorio, buen internet. La zona es muy buena, de fácil acceso a cualquier parte de Medellin con auto, a 4 minutos del poblado, con muchas opciones de comida cerca. Las amenidades del edificio son muy buenas, seguridad las 24 horas, gimnasio, sauna, todo excelente. Lo unico malo fue la piscina que no estaba funcionando durante nuestra estancia, pero el resto excelente. La comunicación siempre clara. Lo recomiendo 100%

This is by far the best location that I've had the pleasure of enjoying during my stay in Colombia. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 Samsung 4K TVs in the house with premium channels, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The apartment complex has a gym, sauna, and a Turkish steam room that guests can freely access. The neighbors, doormen, and other property workers are very friendly. There's a SmartFit and two D1s within walking distance. The area is very safe, and Julio is one of the best hosts I've had since I started using Airbnb. He responds instantly to any questions, concerns, or problems that you may have. On average, he responded in less than 10 minutes each time. Also, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked, and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom is another enjoyable feature. What more can I say? This place feels like home, and I look forward to returning to this lovely location and being a guest of Julio's again.

We really enjoyed staying in this secure, comfortable, apartment in a safe neighborhood. It is great if you want multiple small rooms instead of fewer larger rooms. It was great for us, since there was a small bedroom with a good office chair and desk that could be used as an office. This in addition to the larger master bedroom and a 3rd small bedroom. We liked having multiple bathrooms, too. They are very small, but all have showers. This apartment has everything you need, but it is functional rather than beautiful. Be prepared for a mismatched collection of linens, pots and pans. Julio was quick to bring us a few more kitchen items that I requested. As shown in the pictures, the lounge area is only good for 2 people. But we entertained another couple and just used the dining area. The apartment is at the peak of a hilly road between 2 major streets. One direction gets you to the Palmagrande mall in about a 15 minute walk. It has restaurants and a large grocery store. It's also not nearly as steep as the other direction. The steeper direction gets you to Avenida Poblado. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the hill that can take you into the center of El Poblado. Or, the walk to the Industrialis metro is about 20 min. secure. We enjoyed the Sunday closure of half the Avenida Poblado lanes for bikers, runners, and walkers.
