Quick response time, Sophia was very accommodating and helpful! Cute little place on a beautiful beach, big enough hot tub to do a little swimming. It was great having beach chairs and floats available so you don't have to buy or bring them from home, close to a handful of local restaurants, doesn't feel touristy like the beaches near by seems more like a little locals secret beach town. For the price it was great, my only tip would be if you're a light sleeper to get a upstairs unit the lower level can hear the movement from the units above but between the tv and a/c unit it can muffle most of the sound. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and nice soft linens! Would definitely stay again especially for the price. Take advantage of the beach cruisers especially close to sunset... talk about beautiful and take a ride around the area there is some beautiful and unique real estate near by as well as gulf and bay views every where you look ! The biggest plus of this place is the location. We were literally right across the street from the beach! This is definitely more like a hotel than a condo or home. The ceiling is very low and it's kind of dark, there are windows but it's basement level so you cant see out.The bathroom is very small but the bed was comfortable.

Great location next to the beach steps away soft bed with a mini kitchen enjoyed the wharf that was near by perfect for a day getaway to wake up next to a beautiful beach and enjoy your day

Nice little apartment but with the daily service of a hotel (cleaning and new linens). Loved having access to bikes, laundry, beach stuff, gas grill, etc. Little pool was more like big hot tub that was warm (which was nice since the ocean was cold). The staff took such care of the place that they were there often, mulching, remodeling, clearing sidewalks, etc. Anything we needed, they were on it immediately! My booking was messed up (Airbnb’s fault and my fault- not theirs) but they helped with all of it. The location was perfect except for new build being done next door (not their fault) which resulted in construction noises. We love Pass-a-grille beach and have recommended this place to others already!!! Thanks for a great time.
