We loved everything about this place. I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the mornings. Also it’s a beautiful view from the master bedroom. Can’t wait to go back and stay again!

The airbnb was in a great location because it was Hangout Weekend in Gulf Shores. The price was a bit steep for five days. The view is amazing from the master bedroom and the balcony. The unit is on the top floor. The kitchen had almost everything I needed. I could have used some oven mits and a light over the sink. The bathrooms were clean and had the basic necessities, but the master bathroom door would not close because it was dragging on the tile. The master bathtub is not soaking friendly. It doesn't have the incline to lay down. The washer was useful, but the dryer took three times to dry a medium load. There were boogie boards, but all were broken. We enjoyed playing Dominos, but it would have been nice to have additional games. The balcony had a really nice pub table and chairs. The pool was great! The beach was well maintained and lightly populated. Overall, we were comfortable for the time we stayed and would return, but not during an event.

Just as described. Condo checked all of the boxes- on beach, quiet, easy access, super clean and comfortable. Quick drive to local restaurants and grocery. Will definitely stay here again!

This review is directly related to Vacasa Florida and not about the property owner. Several small various issues with the property and things not working as they should. Upon arrival determined no cable TV connection. Advertised as having cable. Contacted Vacasa customer service by phone regarding no cable signal in living room TV. Agent not able to help. No instructions in the condo on how to ensure TV and cable were set up correctly. Understand other renters may need to change setting to meet their device needs, however, would been nice to have instructions on how to get it working again. Many emails to/from Vacasa promising to elevate our many minor issues to a local rep (no cable, dishwasher didn’t work, dryer hose off back of dryer, shower rod falling down, bathroom light fixture needed repaired, very loose outside entry door knob). Never heard from anyone. All issues went unresolved. Left a day early. Beautiful property, great location but poor management/upkeep by Vacasa.
