Fin bolig, værterne var venlige. Desværre passede adressen ikke med opslag på G.maps, så det tog tid at finde boligen.

Concernant l’appartement, ne vous attendez pas à du grand confort : appartement un peu vieux, en haut de la station (15 min en descente à pied pour aller au centre ville, 20 minutes à pied pour remonter). Nous avons rencontrés quelques problèmes lors de notre séjour : 2 jours sans eau chaude et 1 nuit sans chauffage. Sinon la station Breuil-Cervinia est vraiment top, très grand domaine.

We stayed for a week with a group of 4 adults on a skiing holiday. The place is cozy. The furniture is old, but everything works. It's possible to ski in and out of the apartment as it's near the slope by walking a few meters. There is a beautiful view of the valley and Cervinia from the balcony, and on a sunny day the balcony enjoys sun all day long. The walk to and from town is aprox. 10min (less when going downhill). We had a great week and I would recommend the apartment to anyone.

Good accommodation, close to the town and ski slopes. Don't expect too much of the apartment, but it has everything you need. We stayed with 5 people, what felt kind of the maximum, but still enough space to stay for a nice week skiing in Cervinia!

The apartment is pretty close to ski slopes: ~10min walk, although it's >20min the other way around as it's based on a hill, so you need to plan things a bit in advance to avoid going uphill when unnecessary. Internally, the place is warm, reasonably spacious for 5 people and has a variety of utensils and a dishwasher, so cooking isn't a problem. Note that linen isn't included into apartment's price, and you'll need to ask the host to provide them in advance and pay extra €15 per person when you arrive. Parking garage is in the building and is included into the price, which is good. Overall, our group has had a great time in Cervinia, and I can certainly recommend this place. Thanks Simona!
