Absolutely the best stay. The hosts were quick to answer any questions. Check in and check out were a breeze. Don’t be swayed by the ONE negative comment. The place was more than well equipped. Many core memories were made with my family. I like how the hosts let us use the garage. Even though the place doesn’t have an elevator, it had a lift for our items to go up to the third floor. The building felt safe and secure with very few people through our stay. The walking distance to the beach was wonderful. The beds were absolutely comfortable as I dreamed of what our next day’s adventure would be. The host had many recommendations as to what activities we could do. I also enjoyed that they had a bike in their garage that they welcomed me to use. The smart TVs in each room were a blessing. I also liked that they had plenty of blankets, pillows , towels, and toiletries available. Staying in their condo felt like an extension of my home. It had everything I needed and more. Five Stars!

Saul and Carlos were wonderful hosts. Always responsive. Their place was beautiful, peaceful and private. Wonderful location and so close to beach access, restaurants, and stores. Decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. Definitely will be returning soon.

Saul’s condo was absolutely wonderful. It was in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything one would need. Saul went out of way to check on us and if we had any questions he was prompt to respond. He truly is the perfect host. We can hardly wait to return.

I’ve stayed at over 50 airbnbs and I’ve never left a bad review. I hate to do this but people need to know what they’re getting themselves into since this is a monthly rental. There is a massive mold problem and there is mold literally crawling out of the vents, in the windows, etc. We got very sick staying here. The vents are constantly dripping water onto the walls and floor below them. There was a huge leak on the last day we were there from a rain storm. Sadly, there were other issues as well. The kitchen and front bathroom have a bug problem. Ants, roaches, etc. We bought ant baits to use for our stay. The mattresses are extremely firm and we ended up getting a mattress topper to sleep on and just staying in one room. There was quite a bit of lewd art that was discomforting to say the least. There were an unusual amount (8, I think) of reed diffusers all over the small apartment of different scents that were just overwhelming and headache inducing. There are no pots for cooking, just a few Teflon skillets. We ended up buying a pot to use. Honestly the building is just old and dilapidated and desperately needs to be properly taken care of and professionally remediated for mold. A new AC would be required since it’s in the air conditioning system. It’s worth mentioning that twice we came back from the beach and our things had been moved around, and once there was a hair scrunchie left on the console that did not belong to either of us, but we don’t have definitive proof that anything actually happened. We did get hotel locks to put on the doors to make sure no one entered while we were there. It’s impossible to get mail or packages while staying here. The post office will not deliver as there is no mailbox. UPS returned to sender as well. I had one fed ex package get delivered. It would be one thing if this was just a weekend stay, but for an entire month it’s just out of the question. It has taken us nearly two weeks to start to feel normal again. I wish we had left much sooner and found another rental. Saul was friendly and it is close to the beach. He did ask me to write a five star review but in good conscience I cannot. Hopefully he can turn it around and make this a healthy rental in the future.

This condo is the perfect place to stay. Large, well located and an incredible value. Only 12 units total and close to the beach, CVS and many good restaurants. Don’t let this one get away. Saul is a great communicator The private pool is great and includes tables with umbrellas and a BBQ grill. The unit has a full size garage(rare)that can fit all of your beach stuff or two cars.
