This is an amazing home with an incredible location; close to everything. Joseph was a great communicator and can't recommend this home enough. Hope to stay here again the next time we come to Naples.

Overall, we really liked the place. Upon entering the home, we were greeted by a large roach on the kitchen floor. That was the only bug we saw throughout our weekend stay. There was also hair on the stairs and in the upstairs bathroom. The pull out sofa did not have sheets and the pool functions did not work at all (no filtration, waterfall, or lights). When I inquired, the sheets were brought over immediately and the response for the pool was “if the waterfall says on, it should be on”. Because I was familiar with the pool equipment (husband is electrician) I was able to turn it on with no help from the rental company. The location is nice. Easy 20 min drive from downtown and plenty of closer dining and shopping options. The home was gorgeous and just as advertised. Checkout is 10 instead of the usual 11. When paying top dollar high cleaning fees, it seems crazy to require us to strip beds, wash AND put away dishes, and take out our own trash upon checkout. Value 7/10. Location 8/10

Beautiful home, gorgeous location, responsive host who help us every step of the way. This place is well worth a stay. We Plan on using the home again in the near future.

Joseph has the best cleaning crew. The house was immaculate. Joseph responded to any and all inquiries immediately. He was most helpful and always made you feel like you could reach out about anything at any time. Thank you, Joseph! I appreciate all you did to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful. You are within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach.
