Great spot in Steamboat!

Perfect house for 5 of us and a dog. Great neighborhood 10 minute walk from downtown and nice park for dog walks right next door. The yard is fenced in so our dog could safely hang out in the snow. Megan and Yves were right there with helpful advice and thankfully snow clearance (40 inches that week).We've been coming to Steamboat skiing >25 years, first time we've stayed in town (d/t the dog) and loved it. Easy to eat out downtown or stay in and cook at home.

We had a wonderful time at Megan’s cottage home in downtown Steamboat. The spacious, fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog and 5 year old to run and play. Megan has taken the time to think of wonderful amenities throughout the home - from kitchen accessories to amazing products in the bathrooms. We immediately felt so comfortable. We also loved being walking distance to downtown and just steps from Stehley Park - the location really is ideal. We can’t wait to rent this adorable home again!

We enjoyed our stay at 7 Logan Avenue in Steamboat. It was in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle. It was nicely supplied with things that you need. Yyves, the owner who lives right behind the rental, was very personable and responsive to our requests, It was a good place to stay while in Steamboat Springs!
