We had a lovely few days at The Stables Cottage. Anna, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. She took us on a tour of her beautiful farm and my children loved meeting the horses and other interesting farm animals. In fact, they spent most mornings running around the farm and watching the horses and riders which gave us some valuable time in the mornings as we planned our days out in Cape Town. We had some ‘bad weather’ during our stay but CT has ample indoor kiddie activities and staying at the farm meant the kids got ample outdoor time. We love the Constantia area as it is central to everything by the city Centre or beaches or table mountain etc. I would highly recommend staying at The Stables as a family. You feel safe but surrounded by space and nature. Thank you Anna, all your lovely horses and one upside down goat for a lovely few days!

We felt right at home, loved the country feel complete with chickens and horses! Cosy cottage equipped with everything you need. Would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely weeks stay in Constantia. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed, was lovely and spacious. Anna was quick to reply to messages and we appreciated the early check in. Pool was lovely for an afternoon swim.

We had a lovely stay, we worried about it being too remote but it’s close to lots of places and was a great base. It was also nice to be close to a working stable, we could watch the horses going out and about as we ate breakfast each morning. ☺️.
