We had 6 adults all over 60. We all had a wonderful time. Each room/bathroom was as described/shown in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were tastefully decorated. DOWNSTAIRS: King bedroom with large bathroom. UPSTAIRS: 1. Two twin beds. 2. King bed w/large bathroom. 3. Tall queen poster bed which shares the hall bathroom with the twin room. We had plenty of bathroom space. The stairs are not steep. Lots of antiques and beautiful wood floors. We had lots of fun watching the river that had a few Canadian geese, rapids, fisherman in the water as well as the passing train. Lots of beautiful photo opportunities. Literally only a few minutes from Bryson City. We ate at Anthony's and Pasqualino's Italian which both were very good with reasonable pricing. Suggestions: A short sturdy step stool be put in the house in the tall queen poster bedroom to accommodate short people. Add a cast iron frying pan to your beautiful southern kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

this was a great place to stay. Me and my family enjoyed it and fun. beautiful location next to a river front.

Nate was very responsive and the house was spacious and cozy as pictured. The only downsides were that given its location you couldn’t really walk into town, and the street itself wasn’t ideal for walking with kids. It was easy to get to hikes and into the park from the house location.

Awesome. Very affordable and a really cool unique house thats huuuuuuge. Could easily sleep 20 if you bring a few air mattresses. Rooms are huge. House was clean and host always responded very quickly to questions. A+

We enjoyed the stay. Very close to town and right on the river. The rooms were well set up for a large family.
