L'alloggio di Julie è molto ampio, tutto il piano di sopra della casa era a disposizione, con cucina completa e bagno privato. Camera confortevole, letto molto ampio e comodo, con scrivania da lavoro. La posizione è buona, a 6 minuti a piedi dalla RER B. Host molto cordiale ma che lascia gli spazi all'inquilino. Vi sentirete a casa vostra.

Julie's house is a 7-minute walk north of Le Guichet RER (suburban train) station. Her access instructions were clear, right down to warning that the last step leading to her front door is somewhat higher than the others. The neighbourhood was quiet except for some noise from the nearby motorway that diappeared by my bedtime. Having my own shower and sink was a real convenience. The guest in the other room showed me how to make tea. I finally met Julie the next morning (she runs a restaurant) and we had a friendly chat. I would surely return.

Julie, the host, was lovely. During my three-week stay, we shared the space, and I was welcomed to use what I needed. Since I worked during the day and Julie worked late most nights, we rarely crossed paths. A huge perk was the complimentary coffee, which I very much appreciated. Three friendly cats were always around. However, you'll need to be mindful of your movements and watch out for them. It's important to note that housing prices around Paris have skyrocketed. While this apartment was a bit pricey for what it offered, this seems to be the general trend in the area. The location is convenient if you need to access the Moulon plateau, such as the Université Paris-Saclay facilities. You can walk uphill for about 30 minutes, or take the nearby bus stop. Additionally, the RER-B station is only 10 minutes away. If you're staying for a few weeks and enjoy cats, this room could be a good fit. However, for longer stays, I would recommend exploring other options.
