We had a lovely stay here! Perfect location for all activities around Akuyari and many tours do pick ups from this hotel. Only downside is that there’s no ocean view as there are apartments being built currently and the restaurant/breakfast area is under construction so the menu in the room isn’t actually available at the moment - would have been helpful to know these things prior to arriving.

Great spa convenient to everything. Loved that they had a guitar on the wall that I was able to tune and play while I was there.

Unfortunately no communication regarding room number/PIN code for room was given prior to check in, which resulted in having to have restaurant staff within the building call the receptionist from another ‘sister’ building 20m down the street to come and let us in. In the meantime I contacted the host via Airbnb message function and have still not received a reply. Around 1am, a car alarm right outside (street parking and we were on ground floor) woke us up and we couldn’t get back to sleep. In terms of amenities, I observed the curtain above the bed to be attached to the rail with fishing line which made it hard to manually close. Also the back book stand/ledge above the bed had not been dusted. Also, I would have liked a couple of hooks to hand up towels as there were none (not even for face towels), so we had to improvise. Overall, it presents well in the photos but better communication from the host plus a little more attention to detail would have made for a better stay.
