A great stay, as always.
I can't say enough about this lovely little place and the owners/family who live just a few feet away from this large studio room! It was tidy and clean, the kitchen well appointed, all the furniture, including and especially the bed, was comfy! Big windows overlooking a large rustic yard area and three dogs (two of theirs and a foster pup, if I understood correctly) were so fun to watch when they were out in the yard, and my dog was warmly welcomed by both the owners and their dogs. I was there for three nights to do some online work with clients, some writing, and experience some deep rest to slow my typical daily work rhythm. If I could afford this more often, I would choose to stay at this pace VERY regularly. As it is, I do hope to return as soon as I can and look forward to bringing my partner, as I am certain he would appreciate it as much as I did.
I have stayed here before and it is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very convenient The driveway is a bit hard to see but drive slowly and you will be fine.
This is my third stay with Page & the property never disappoints. Page is very communicative & the studio is perfect for stays to visit Northfield. I highly recommend.
Page and her family were wonderful hosts. The property was exactly like the description - very peaceful and relaxing. It is in a very nice location, with nature trails across the street, and yet convenient to downtown Northfield. I would highly recommend her place to stay!

Land acknowledgment statement: We live on the homelands of the Wahpekute Band of the Dakota Nation. I honor with gratitude the people who have stewarded the land throughout the generations and their ongoing contributions to this region. I acknowledge the ongoing injustices that I have committed against the Dakota Nation, and I wish to interrupt this legacy, beginning with acts of healing and honest storytelling about this place. About me and my family: I am a full time mom and I also work part time for a vegetable csa farm and I run our Airbnb. Formerly employed by a handful of small farms and a food co-op, I’m grateful to be able to spend more time with my family these days. I live with my husband Nic, our two kids and our two dogs. I love hiking, camping, and making music with my band Tractörhead and art with my kids. I traveled a fair amount earlier in my life, and now that I have settled in a home I’m happy to be able to share it with fellow wanderers.
