Couldn't get a chance to play any pool but it was cool to have the option. I was there to sleep one night for a backgammon tournament but I would stay again. Matt is very friendly and great with communication. Great value. Definitely recommend. Eddie

Matt is a super nice guy and a very responsive host. He was easy to work with and everyone should do business as he does. The house is very convenient to Bradley International Airport, 5 minutes away and easy to find and travel to and from. The house is clean and basically as described. There is a deep smell in the carpet they need to be deep cleaned or replaced, the bed has no box spring and the interior paint work of the walls, cabinetry and trim is well below average. Not a bad value for the price offered. Matt is a joy to work with.
