What a beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin is furnished with lots of love, has stunning views and lovely neighbours. Lots of stuff to do by foot like the Titou Gorge, the Boiling Lake and the Fresh Water Lake. Nicki was very helpful and organised a pick up from the ferry port for us. We would definetly stay here again!

Simple, back-to-nature place to stay, in a great location for hikes. Huge verandah to relax on, with a lovely hammock. Great cooker and washing machine. Bed was comfy with an effective mosquito net if needed. Reliable WiFi connection. Loved the bathroom! Fantastic sunsets from the verandah and a lovely breeze coming through the accommodation when the shutters were open. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Kai is a beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by mountains, with a beautiful view of the sunset. There is everything you need. Laudat is a small village about 20 minutes from Roseau by car with the good access to Boiling lake, Titou George, Freshwater Lake, Midleham Falls and Traffalgar Falls. It's better to have a car but I managed without one. You can use the local bus / taxi. There is a small grocery store in the village with the basics and you can also buy fresh local pastries. Local community is very welcoming and the nature here is just amazing. Nicki and her husband provide excursions all over the island, I really recommend their services. Communication was nice and easy and Nicki can help with anything. She even picked me up at the port in the evening, took me to a local event and we had the chance to get to know each other a bit. She even arranged a massage for me right in the house.

We had a great stay! Great view with the mountains and the ocean! Multiple species of hummingbirds roaming the flowers surrounding the property, and we were visited by parrots. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is really comfy - great linen and fluffy towels! We spent a lot of time between the hikes and all the other activities in the area on the veranda watching the sun set over the ocean and the birds. And we will miss the visits from the friendly neighbors dog and goat! There is private parking if you have your rental car. There is a tiny mini market with basic supplies and drinks for sale. All in all we had a great week and really recommend!

De omgeving van Laudat is prachtig en de accommodatie zit dichtbij een aantal plekken om te hiken. Houd wel rekening met een back to basic verblijf. Als het regent, dan klettert het echt heel hard op het golfplaten dak. Met slecht weer is slapen dan wat lastiger als je geen vaste slaper bent. Houd ook rekening met dieren die je niet gewend bent, zo kregen wij regelmatig bezoek van een geit (en 2 lieve honden) op het balkon en hadden we helaas 2 ratten in huis, die erg actief waren ‘s nachts. Al met al wel een gave plek om te verblijven, maar stel je in op een verblijf in de natuur ;)
