A modern and fully equipped suite with pool and a children’s pool, just 400m from the sandy beach, will offer you unforgettable vacations. The large swimming pool area and the veranda are the ideal places to enjoy your coffee, breakfast or lunch, cooked on the large BBQ stone. The location of the accommodation is ideal to explore all the sandy beaches and the magical Peloponnese landscapes! In the local restaurants you will love the local dishes with fresh products. Free WiFi and parking An accommodation with pool and a children’s pool, only 400m from the sandy beach with a large lush green garden, combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience. The area combines a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation. The property features two levels. Upon entering the home, on the first level, there is an open-plan area, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area. The lounge area gives access to the spacious veranda of the property, where you will be able to enjoy your drink or your meal! In the lounge area there is sofa-bed, which can easily accommodate two guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities needed for your comfortable stay. There οn the same level, you will find a WC. On the downer level, there is a sleeping area that features three cozy single beds. Two of them can are joined together into a big double one. There is also a foldable bed which can easily accommodate one more guest! In the same level, there is a modern designed bathroom. In the sleeping areas you will also find all the essentials provided for your comfortable vacation. In the outdoor swimming pool of the accommodation, you will experience moments of relaxation and seclusion. On the modern outdoor patio, you will gaze at the sun while enjoying your favorite drink under the shady corners, having been relieved of the stress of everyday life. On the patio of the property, you can enjoy homemade meals cooked with pure local products on the big BBQ grill. The property provides you all the essentials needed for your vacation! Nice place with pool and comfortable living space. Anna is living on the location and was easy to get hold of and responsive. Location requires a car although possible to walk to the beach and center. Road is a bit loud and people drive fast, but the general experience was great and we will book again in the future.

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος... Η πισίνα εξαιρετική... Μεγάλη και ασφαλής ο γύρω χώρος για παιδιά. Πεντακάθαρος χώρος και ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετικοτατη η οικοδέσποινα. Το μόνο που θα είχα να πω ως μείον, και αυτό αφορά μόνο οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά, είναι ότι τα διαμερίσματα είναι μεζονέτες. Μόλις ανοίγεις την πόρτα της εισόδου είναι κατευθείαν η σκάλα για τον κάτω όροφο. Που φυσικά έχει πόρτα ασφαλείας αλλά δεν πάυει να είναι επικίνδυνο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του παραλιου Αστρους.

The house is the perfect starting point to getting to know Peloponnese, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife. Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and its dreamy views.
Nearby, you will find shops for your daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns and restaurants where you will taste local flavors. There are also many cafes with a special character.
You can reach the house either by airport, or by car.
