Loved the spot. Felt like a hotel! Great location and views. Everything was comfortable and safe. I would stay here again and again!

In a perfect world, where everything goes as planned, this location would be ideal. But for many, plans change and if you are looking for a little mercy from Sonders, you will not likely get it. On the day of check-in, we asked for an early check-in and all we got were computerized responses, reflecting Sonder’s “check in” policies. I’m sure there is a way to confirm whether or not the room has been cleaned. If the room is not clean two hours prior to original planned check in, there’s a problem with the cleaning service. We asked if we can at least get the garage fob to park and continue our day and even that was declined. Their suggestion was to pay for parking until it was check in time (Mind you was $20 anywhere nearby). Also, if the visitor parking is limited to 10 minutes, why did I observed vehicles parked their for several hours? So for the price, my rating of “Okay” will stand firm. I told the chat associate this was my first and last visit using ANY Sonders location!
