Very happy with the communication of host. Nice, big, spacious place—perfect for a large group. The price Suggestion for improvement: providing a toaster, microwave and some towels would make the place even been better. My only real complaint is that it is pretty remote, you need to drive to do anything.

It was dirty and unkempt, with evident neglect in maintenance. The presence of malfunctioning amenities such as the broken water heater, faulty light bulbs, and ineffective air conditioning only exacerbated the discomfort of our stay. Friendly and responsive host even at night she replied. Location near to UTAR. Cleanliness quite ok. There was one cockroach but my mom took care of it. Love that each room is attached to a toilet. Toilet amenities are there with hair dryers just that need to bring your own towel. Good for big group of people staying.
