Responsive host and even delivered a bottle of wine. Nice area. Felt like a cabin in the woods. Great open floor plan and fit our family and needs perfectly. Wil definitely rent again !

Quiet and peaceful area with a restful back porch. Comfy beds. Not a fan of the non-cancellation policy as I realized 9 mins after making the booking (and getting the real address) that it was 30-mins on the other side of the town. Lawrence was responsive to my questions.

We absolutely loved our stay in Fort Lawn at Lawrence’s place! It’s a lovely and spacious three bedroom house on a quiet dead end street. We loved hanging out on the huge back porch and being able to see so much nature right out back! The house is conveniently located near a lot of midland SC state parks and by the Catawba River. We hope to come back for the spider lily festival in May! Lawrence was a fantastic host and made everything very easy for me! Even after an unexpected flight delay! He was always very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. My personal favorite parts of this house was the kitchen with the breakfast bar which is convenient for those traveling with kids! And of course the fabulous master bath tub which was great for a relaxing soak after a long day! The ambience is so calming I could have spent the trip in there! I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to or through the area! Especially to those who love nature and a peaceful stay!

The location was next to a few other trailers but very private. The back sliding door to the deck didn’t work and the hot water for the shower didn’t either. The master bed needs to be fixed as you couldn’t sit on the end of the bed. They needs to pay attention to detail when cleaning. No wine bottle when it was advertised. For the price and allowing dogs, it was worth it and met our needs for two nights while moving.
