The place is as described and the photos were right what they should be. Communication with Connie is seamless as always. The house is in the best location possible in a subdivision.

This house was clean and had everything we needed. The host and caretaker were super nice and helpful. It's in a great spot, close to cool places like Plantation Bay, the 10,000 Roses, and near the CCLEX, so getting to places like SM Seaside was easy. Made our trip hassle-free and comfy!

Conie's place is exactly what it appears to be. A very well priced house near the beaches. It is plain but very clean. You get exactly what you pay for. I stayed a bit more than a month and it met all my needs. Because of its distance from the airport and Lapu Lapu city and the Cebu bridges I knew I would not be able to navigate the local trikes and mini buses to get places. This was a very correct assessment but what I hadn't realized was that the traffic is very heavy intermittantly and if you are not familiar with how to drive here this is not for the faint of heart. I had a baptism of fire and at first I thought I had dropped into chaos from the way the motorbikes weave in and out of traffic, the trikes can be annoying to get past, and there are always people and dogs on the road. Not to mention the stray goat, chicken, or cow. BUT there is a zen to how it works and when you finally realize that the traffic becomes manageable.

I like the way the hosts were very accommodating, very amiable and attentive to the needs of customers. Feels like a family home to me. Highly recommended.

This is really a home away from home. Every nook and corner is clean. Very accessible as it sits right after the guardhouse so the place is very safe and secure. I also like the manner by which the host responds.
