Overall, we had a really nice stay! We were greeted by a young man who was very sweet, showed us the flat, and was generally available. The location is very central to lots of restaurants, beaches, places to walk, cafes, etc. The view is absolutely gorgeous, you can't beat it. We didn't spend much time on the balcony because it was actually a bit chilly and very windy; the balcony furniture could do with a good spring cleaning. Once nice thing is that you're high enough up that you don't hear the traffic too much when trying to sleep at night. In general, the flat feels really private and secure. As an American, i'd say the beds are unforgivingly hard; my Iraqi partner didn't seem to mind. The blankets were nice. I will note the plaster falling from the ceiling in the kitchen absolutely needs to be fixed before renting it out again. I do not see any reason why it cannot be minimally repaired so as to prevent plaster from falling into one's food. Thank you for hosting us Abas!

The location of the apartment was the only positive thing. Elevator was constantly brook so my elderly parent had to climb 12 stories multiple times, in fact we had to stay else where one night as she couldn’t get to the apartment which was total inconvenience . Bathroom toilets were leaking at the base dirty water contaminating the place, dirty kitchen and doesn’t have much of anything to use. Inadequate shower drain. Old place for the price . Host offered partial refund but I never heard from him or received anything. Stay away from this place , save your money and rent from reputable host. There is so many other better accommodation in the same location

Abas responded quickly to messages and check-in was easy. I gave him a list of problems with the apartment and hopefully he will fix them, because the view is amazing. Plaster in the kitchen falls from the ceiling into the dishes of food on the counter and stove. In the bathroom, the sink water comes on when the shower is turned on, so there is no water pressure and no hot water. Also, there is plaster from the ceiling on the floor. Because I couldn't take a shower, I left after 1 night (3 days early.) These were problems that could not be fixed with someone staying there. Abas apologized and said he would look into these problems.

The place was amazing,specially the view from the terrace, it is very close to Glim Bay which a cafe and restaurant area on the shore. It has a very relaxing impact. It is very close walk to all sites of the fabulous city of Alexandria. The location is incredible. The neighborhood is very friendly as well The place was very clean, well furnished and it has everything that I need. It is very tidy and lovely apartment and it is well equipped with everything that I need. He was of great help and was really a super host. He went way beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The care he gives to small details was unbelievable. This place was really a good catch. Everything was perfect as it seemed online. every detail was throughly thought out and implemented with really a good taste. All rooms were excellent, the bed is very comfy and the bathroom is clean.
