We enjoyed our time! Todd was extremely responsive and proactive when things were out of the ordinary. We enjoyed the distance it was to Seven Springs as well.

Todd’s place was awesome. There were a lot of games and things to do and he left us a bunch of firewood. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot or a better host. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Out There was a wonderful experience for my family ski trip to Seven Springs. only 15 minutes away, the location was ideal. The property includes a target with bow and arrows provided, zip line and trampoline which the kids all loved. Inside, the space was warm with all amenities you could ask for including extra paper towels and toilet paper, an abundance of towels, plenty of cookware and spices. There was a second sink in the kitchen which helped since there is no dishwasher. There was creative decorating throughout with plenty of hooks for gear and a wood stove with plenty of wood and a fire set up when we arrived. The interior included plenty for the kids to do, a TV in the living area and kids bunk room with DVD players. We had two main issues. the first was a dirty refrigerator. We had to clean it from top to bottom and remove expired items. The owner apologized for it. Also, the wifi was out when we arrived. It was fixed within the first 48 hours and Roku worked in Living Room.

We had a great stay out there, about 15 minutes from 7 Springs and squarely inside of peace and quiet. Todd was also responsive, flexible, and hospitable. It would be a pleasure to stay again.
