Overall the stay was good. The views and location is brilliant so couldn't fault that however there were a few things which let the side down and this is why we felt we aren't able to say 'great' on this occasion, comparing to other similar properties we've stayed at. On arrival there were dead flowers in the kitchen which should have been thrown out, the windows in the kitchen were covered in finger prints, there was no hand soap provided in the kitchen, a very watered down soap in the upstairs bathroom and the sink in the main bathroom doesn't drain well at all. We had a couple of items missing but we messaged Pippa on the evening and she quickly rectified it so that was good.

A beautiful, clean, and serene home, with mesmerizing views of chew valley lake. Sunsets from the pigsty are stunning to say the least. The fully equipped kitchen was exactly what we were looking for to prepare regular meals for our family. I would stay at the pigsty again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely lovely. 4 of us school friends catch up every year and this was the perfect place to catch up, relax and have some rest! Exactly as described, log fire was lovely, view was lovely. Shame about weather but still made most of it! Thank you
