This review is in two parts one for the flat and one on Yobe. First on the flat the location was brilliant as it was part of the shopping mall and landmark 81. So we didn’t have to leave the building to go into the shopping mall. The flat itself was a great size. The cleaning left something to be desired as a lot of the bathrooms weren’t very clean and had dust everywhere. The one bathroom had a shaver that had been used and left there. The vase you can see by the TV in the pictures doesn’t look like its been cleaned since they put it in there as it was caked in dust and was pretty stuck on. The kitchen was a decent size but the lack of plates and cups for a 3 bed flat was disappointing. The only cups they provided were 4 espresso cups and we had about 4 small plates and 2 big plates. It was totally inadequate for 8 people. Also the lack of salt, pepper, oil ……. Was poor as I have stayed in previous airbnbs in landmark 81 who provided this as basics. On Yobe. The communication to get into the flat was poor as I have to send a message when we were due to go to the flat at 2pm to get instructions on how to gain access. And also on leaving I had again send a message to find out the check out procedures. we arrived on the Saturday and on the Sunday enquired how to access the swimming pool as I had previously messaged Yobe about access to the swimming pool and was told she could provide us access for 5 people. On that Sunday morning my wife called Yobe to ask how to gain access and was rudely told that we had been there 2 days and that we needed to have provided her with ID’s 3 days before we checked in. She blamed it on us for not providing the ID’s even though it was never said that we had too even when I messaged before booking the flat. She said it was our fault and that she is very busy and have a lot of guests to deal with. We have to ask her for these things even though we were not to know that this is the procedure and no where on the listing does it say we had to do this. She initially said it could not be done and when I spoke to her she changed her tone and said she would do it and I had to send ID’s. It still took them until Tuesday to come and take the finger prints so we could gain access to the pool. Also on that day the cleaners came to clean the apartment and they cleaned and took the old towels and didn’t leave any new ones. I messaged Jobe who said she would get them to bring us new towels that morning. On the afternoon the towels hadn’t arrived and my family wanted to go to the pool and had to call again to ask where the towels were. On coming back they accused my family of taking the towels and inspected every room to make sure they weren’t there. Obviously this was not what I expect from them. Overall the flat was good although now a little dated and tired. It is need of a good clean and sort out. The flat I would stay at again if they cleaned up and provided the basics but I wouldn’t not be booking with Yobe again as I found her to be very rude and unorganised.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, vị trí đẹp thuận tiện. Tuy nhiên căn hộ thực tế hơi khác với hình ảnh mô tả, nên cập nhật hình ảnh chính xác hơn. Khâu đón tiếp chưa được tốt, khách chỉ được nhận 1 thẻ lên tầng. Mật khẩu vào nhà phải chủ động gọi hỏi chứ không được hướng dẫn khi đón tiếp

ce n'etait pas propre a certains endroits : il y avait des tas de poussieres. De plus, la climatisation fonctionnait pas tres bien. mais sinon c'etait bien.
