A friendly cleaner looks after the cleaning two times weekly with the linen being changed weekly an towels two times. Please note that beach towels are not provided. Rental Conditions: • Rates are for the property per night in Euros. • Maid Service, Laundry and Towels included within rental rates. • Rental Rates include all local taxes, utility bills and final cleaning. • Please contact owner if you require less than one week booking, or have any special requests, we shall try to accommodate! • Ask for our special rates for long term rentals and car hire service. Changeover day: We will be flexible wherever possible, but prefer changeover day to be Saturday. Departure by 10 am and arrival not before 2 pm , this is to accommodate cleaning and properly preparing the house for your stay.
