We wanted to stay on the island because we were going to some of the theme parks. The communication was great up until a couple days before. I was asked to contact him 1 to 2 days before to see if we could drop off luggage early. He didn't get back to me until the morning of, after we had booked tickets to get to the island. The other issue we ran into is we had no internet the whole time we were there. We were paying for internet so this was a problem. We had movies we wanted to watch and could not watch in the evenings. One of the days it would have been nice to have internet since it rained all day. Overall the location is great, it was easy to find and the directions and photos make it very easy to get settled.
