We really loved the entire experience. The sleeping quarters exceeded our expectations. The Gazebo was used every night we were there. It was superb. The vacuum sealer was a very nice suprise as we caught alot of fish. I would highly recommend this to anyone and look forward to comming back.

The great: *The place was really clean on the inside. *Hosts were very responsive when you reached out to them for questions and were very accommodating when you needed something or asked to used something. *Fish cleaning area/bags/vacuum sealer was incredibly handy to have access to and made our lives so much easier when it came to properly processing our catch and getting it ready to ship back home. FYI's: *The Washer and Dryer is located in the personal residence of the host next door. *There is no true kitchen. What you should plan for is the same amenities you'd expect in a standard hotel room. The fridge is a little larger than that and they do have small freezers. You can also expect a microwave and a toaster oven. *No common area. The large rooms with the beds are truly all there is. There is a BBQ on each of the decks for each of the rooms, which was really handy.

The pictures on the web site don't include the kitchen and common area. But when we asked Cara about it she was prompt at sending pictures of those areas. I would suggest an update to the pictures.

Cara told me how she makes fireweed jelly. I thought it was a genius idea of using local plants. On our last day she presented me with a jar of her homemade fireweed jelly. Fantastic! The use of a washer and dryer was also really appreciated.
