Resort is Oceanfront! 2 bedroom lockout sleeps up to 6 people Oceanview unit with OCEANFRONT BALCONY, full kitchen and kitchenette. This is a 1 bedroom unit and a studio unit that connects to make one big unit. Floorplan is in the pictures. Includes linens and shower towels, kitchen has plates, glasses, etc. Bring beach towels, but the resort does have an indoor pool and rental includes pool towels. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort! Please note, these are Timeshare units. The Resort will provide pool and shower towels, linens and pillows but As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY OF THE TIMESHARE RESORTS. THE RESORT WILL ALLOW LEGITIMATE SERVICE ANIMALS BUT NOT EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental. For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems!
