I enjoyed this king room during my one month stay in huatulco. the room is clean, well appointed and it's location is perfect. it was easy to sleep as noise level is minimal and security high. I would recommend this place to anyone. Gerardo is quick to communicate and was a good host. we would also like to thank Martha for all her hard work keeping us all comfortable.

Excellent location, very close to everything important. Friendly host and assistant. The only downside is it felt more like a hotel room and less like an AirBnB. Which is fine if you’re looking for just somewhere to sleep at night. But if you’re there for weeks then it’s important to know there’s no coffee maker, tea pot, toaster or spot to eat comfortably in the room really. Also because the unit is set in a courtyard, there’s not much privacy as all the activity in the common area can be seen and heard right outside your door/window. Note: there are strict rules regarding guests. Overall I give the place a 5 star because of the friendly hosts but this might not be conducive if you are looking for a long term place with privacy and eating some meals at home.

This was my first experience with Air B&B and will tell you that I was impressed with everything , the room , the service and the help from the host , was a great experience and would do this again in my future travels in the world Thank you Richard Greville
