My third time to Teneriffe (the nicest suburb of Brisbane and along the water). Laid back ambience, beauty, and seductive lifestyle. 30 second walk to water, 5 minutes to some great coffee spots (Little Florence, Sippy Tom’s), bars (Zero Fox), and outstanding cafes and restaurants (Kin, La Patrona, Hikari). Just a few minutes to high speed ferry. Bus outside your door. Place itself is excellent and as described. The wool warehouses are great, hip, and historic. Hosts are responsive and friendly, and exceptionally generous with goodies awaiting the traveler. Highly recommended and would stay again.

What a fabulous space and a fabulous host. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay - but also had loads of character in a warm and inviting space. The special extra touches with snacks and toiletries were much appreciated. Thanks Andy - we’ll be back next time we stay in Brisbane.

We had an amazing stay at Andy and Andrea's beautiful apartment. Andy met us and showed us everything we needed to know, and they even left us some beautiful welcoming treats. The apartment is exactly as the photos depict and spotlessly clean. It is extremely quiet in the apartments and located a stone's throw to the river and an easy walk to a multitude of fantastic restaurants. Thanks again for an amazing stay Andy and Andrea. If we're back in Brisbane this is the place we'll stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! Andy met us outside the building and gave us a tour of the apartment. Such an amazing space and was easy to walk to cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
