Great stay with Susan! She was very friendly and went out of her way the first few days to check-in with me to see if there was anything that I needed. She was friendly and easy to speak with. Home was away from the live activity which is great if you want to be safe and close enough. Made my daily beach trips easy to get to because the home is about 12-15 minutes to St Augustine beach.

Ms Susan's Airbnb is situated in a perfect location. Offering much to do and many places close to visit. An extremely spotless, neat and very well organized Airbnb. Ms. Susan is a very nice Lady, who goes well beyond any and all expectations. She is very responsive and helpful. She also seen to it that we had everything we needed. She, also opened up another day for us, due to a last minute decision. Ms. Susan, had this Airbnb very well stocked with so many extra items. The bed was extremely, extremely comfortable. ThisAirbnb is small but very Cozy, Private, quite and the darkened shades offers an awesomely relaxing and comfortable room. I'm a retired US Army War Veteran and a Certified Police Officer. My life is very stressful and this Airbnb offered me and my Fiancée a very needed relaxing environment. You couldn't ask for a better and Super Host!!! We would definitely stay again, if in this area and highlyreommend Ms. Susan's Airbnb. I've stayed in many and this is a 10/10

This place is neat and clean, exactly matching description on listing. Perfect for individual or a couple. Susan is very nice host and responsive every time you text. I would definitely recommend to stay at Susan’s.

I knew that it wasn't a large space but Oh so nice, clean, comfortable and we fell in love with Susan. I hope our travels take us back so we can stay with Susan again.
