This place is a gem. Clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, hot shower, cold AC, beautiful garden. You have access to a clean pool and the beach is an easy walk away. A modern scooter is also available for rent which makes exploring the island easy. Lutz and wife both great, easy to get in touch with. Would recommend this stay.

Having been travelling for 13 months it’s was such a pleasure to stay here! Simply the perfect accommodation, I wish I could have stayed longer. Super clean in all areas, spacious, great design and quality. Excellent bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Lovely welcoming and friendly hosts, very helpful and great communication before and during the stay. The most beautiful tropical garden and access to a full size swimming pool. Great value for money. If you are going to Panglao - just stay here!

Lutz and Linda are friendly. They have lovely home and pets. The house serves as what we needed for our stay. It has a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and dinnerware, a stove and airconditioning. The hot shower got busted during our stay so we had to boil water from kettle for our bath. The drinking water is not readily available, a P25 fee can be paid and fetched by yourself if you need it. They provided their own motorcycle for rent which was a good help for us. The place for 2 days got infested by big rent ants all over the floor, they blamed it on our food (dry goods such as coffee and bread on the kitchen table) but the ants are all over our luggages and floorings with no other food. They attended to it by spraying bug spray all over the place which got rid of them. no soaps and shampoo but towels are abundant. Overall we had a good stay of 6 nights. They have written at the end of their description that more than 3 nights you have to pay for utilities. Thanks the stay.

This was my seventh trip to the Philippines. Lutz’s place was the nicest place that I have stayed anywhere in the Philippines. They have created a beautiful manicured oasis in the provincial area outside of the main tourist area. They call this area German Village. The owners, husband is from Germany and the wife is from the Philippines. Together, they have made such a delightful fusion between European and Filipino style. It comes through in a very enjoyable and relaxed stay. This area is quite quiet. There is a Filipino family that our neighbors to this property that have very typical Filipino celebrations, and the noise can sometimes seep into the peacefulness. But that’s part of what makes the Philippines, the Philippines is the overall environment. Overall easily rated as a five star stay!

Wir hatten schöne Tage bei Lutz und Linda. Die kleine Wohnung im Garten war genau richtig und hatte alles was man benötig. Sauber genug Handtücher Küche es fehlt an nix. Wir haben den Pool genossen und konnten immer bei Lutz und Linda fragen wo,was,wie ist super nett. In der näheren Umgebung ist alles was man bracht Strand, Meer,Restaurant….. und für etwas weiter ist der Roller vom Lutz ideal und ein super fairer Preis. Danke Lutz und Linda, da kommt man gern wieder. Bhing und Udo👍
