Very responsive host! The place was very large with a large kitchen and every appliance you would need. We weee able to play ping pong and feel very safe and at home. There are some dogs across the street that bark a lot, if you have trouble sleeping with noises maybe bring some ear plugs. No loud city noises though! I would recommend staying here!

Yolando's accommodation is extremely comfortable and clean. I felt right at home here. He was extremely helpful and even let me store my bags while I travelled for a few days after my stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our Airbnb experience was absolutely delightful! From the warm welcome by the host upon arrival to the spacious and secure house, every detail contributed to a very nice and comfortable stay. The convenient 5-minute walk to Robinsons added to the overall enjoyment. Having two bathrooms was a great convenience, and we were grateful for the host's generosity in accommodating our requests. Highly recommended for a truly pleasant and comfortable stay! When we go back, we will definitely choose to stay in this place again!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sir Yolando’s place! So peaceful, spacious and clean. We stayed for 10 days and it was definitely a home away from home. It’s accessible to nearby establishments but it’s also located in a more secluded area so you can enjoy peace and quiet while resting. The internet was great — high speed and perfect for our work from home jobs. The TV has Netflix as well. The shower heater was very helpful especially with the cold weather in Butuan due to the rain. He was a great host, very responsive and immediately helps us when we have some concerns. He informed us that they would replace our towels and water gallon as needed, and he would also remind us to let the trash out so he could put it away. Overall it was an excellent and wonderful experience! Would highly recommend to those planning to stay in Butuan. Thank you so much Sir! ❤️
