Ricardo was extremely helpful and flexible when our flight was cancelled. He responded quickly to all my questions and offered guidance on getting around Paris.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the Latin Quarter. We never met Riccardo, but he was so responsive and offered help even without being asked. We were so appreciative of this! The metro stop is a 4 minute walk from the apartment, lovely gated entry to get into the courtyard and he sent photos of everything with descriptions as there are a few steps to gain entry. The area felt very safe and there were unlimited places nearby to dine, etc. We would definitely stay here again. To note, there is not a couch area if you plan on lounging at the apartment, it’s 2 bedrooms and a very nice sized kitchen. The bathroom and the bathroom are unattached, which is nice for a party of 5. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Die Unterkunft war top, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, war aber genügend gross für unsere fünfköpfige Familie, perfekt gelegen, in einem ruhigen Innenhof, in einem sehr attraktiven Quartier mit mehreren Bäckereien fürs frische Brot zum Frühstück und tollen Restaurants am Abend. Die Metro Station ist gleich ums Eck. Eine top Adresse für einen perfekten Paris Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!

We loved Riccardo’s place and he was the best host! Made our trip to Paris so lovely. The location is very private and close to everything. It was our first trip to Paris and we will be back! Thanks Riccardo!
