He was very nice guy about communication and cooperation. He helped me even the questions thats about not related with the home. There is a crazy big tv and soundbar. This home is very new and shiny and the location is superb. There is a washing machine, dish washer, oven. you can live there and have fun with the beach everyday.

Прекрасные апартаменты, все очень понравилось. Отличное расположение, близко к морю, окна выходят на спокойную улицу, квартира уютная и чистая, есть все необходимое для долгого проживания. Андреас оперативно отвечает на все вопросы.

Квартира новая, спальные места удобные, особое спасибо за икеевские матрасы. Всё есть для длительного проживания. Жили неделю. Хорошая техника. Море очень близко. Рядом куча продуктовых магазинов и прокатов авто и велосипедов. Жаль из за ковида не работал хамам, но в мини спорт зале занимались.

Great apartment with amazing location, pretty quiet street. Apartment has all kitchen stuff to make food. Comfortable spaces to rest and to sleep. The building itself is great, it has a code password to get in which is comfortable.
