The Rock House provided just what we needed while we were in the area visiting Silver Dollar City. We were looking for something far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Branson that was also close enough for an easy commute. This suited our needs perfectly; anything we needed was easy to find along the way to and from SDC. The place is just as described and photographed. We enjoyed the eclectic vibes! Jeanette was extremely kind and informative in her communications, and while we didn’t need any assistance while staying there, we definitely felt that we could reach out to her at any time. She is a great host with a unique place to offer!

As we stepped into the large open living area I was surprised at the space. Very welcoming and unique. We enjoyed the many pieces of art on the walls and the built in mosaics. The furniture is draped with small and large throw blankets just calling for a cozy couch reading or chat time. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious, plenty of room for hanging clothes. The kitchen is one whole wall, of thoughtfully gathered items. We used the single-burner cook-top for making coffee, and the microwave for re-heating a dinner we brought along. The fridge was a dorm size, but kept everything very well chilled and ready. The hot water was good and hot for showers and washing up. The town is quiet, and the little wool store was a sweet stop, as we headed out to the area sites. We ended up buying two of the mugs for sale, on the upright piano. Making the memories last! We would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Jeanette was very friendly and the Rock House is a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time here. The house is very comfortable and clean. The yard, porch and pond are beautiful. It is close to Branson and the Lake. The Grandkids really enjoyed being able to walk around and see the shops. The beds are really comfy too!
