Shan was amazing. Very open and understanding. He made so many accommodations when I was staying and even though there was an unfortunate maintenance problem (no one’s fault at all) he was quick to offer arrangements to help mend the situation even if he didn’t have to. Once again thank you Shan for everything.

Our stay was excellent. Shan was very attentive and accommodating, and offered up suggestions for places to go in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent location, features and host! Loved the space and the proximity to UC Medical Center's Liberty Campus was perfect for our needs. Host was very quick to answer questions and handled the unexpected (but not unusual) need to address a maintenance issue quickly and professionally with no interruption or inconvenience to our use of the space. Comfortable furnishings and well-appointed with essentials. Very minor cleanliness concern - spider webs in the corners but that was easily remedied with the supplied vacuum. Kitchen and bathrooms met my high expectations for cleanliness in those areas. Quiet neighborhood with nice sidewalks for walking. We would stay here again without hesitation!
