This is a great location and spacious apartment. Amenities like kitchen supplies and bowls/coffee cups were minimal. There is no microwave and using the kitchen to cook means buying all salt/pepper, oils, etc. there was a gas sewer smell in the closet the whole time we were there and all fire detectors were missing. The last three days the wifi stopped working and owners didn’t get it fixed.

Stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. Very well located, close to lots of restaurants, shops, markets, and a transportation hub (metro and buses) are just 5 minutes away. The place is spacious, with the living room overlooking a park. The photos reflect what you will find. Big kitchen, bedrooms are a good size and the hotel-style beds and linens were great and comfortable. There is lots of storage space available. Communication with Kas was very good, he responded fast to our inquires. The list of amenities needs to be updated as some items were not available. Others were provided by the host's team a few days after our request. The only thing to consider when booking this apartment is that the one below (same owner) had parties going on Saturday nights during our stay, with loud music and rowdiness. We sent a message to Kas the first time around. After the second time this happened he suggested to call the police. We hope we can book this place again when back in Montreal.
