I entered the door and felt right at home immediately. Kim and her family are wonderful people. They are extremely open minded, caring and you can stay the exact way you want to stay. If you want share and exchange you are able to, if not they will still support you anyways and they are always responsive. Kim is very thoughtful and takes her time to figure things out with you in maps etc. Kim and her family have a lot of experience with different people all over the world which makes it a wonderful experience to stay at their’s wherever from this planet you come from. Kim also speaks 7 languages. Her intention is always to support you in the best way and to make your stay as good as possible. That doesn’t mean she is like a maid preparing everything for you. It means if you need sth or have an urgent request, she will always be there for you. It was an honor for me to meet Kim and her family and I will see them again very soon.

She took her time out to advice us on our trip and guided us throughout our stay! Very friendly and made us feel at home :) the location was near the train station as well!

Kim and her husband are very nice and helpful. Their dog and cat are very friendly and beautiful. This is the first time we went to Switzerland and we are grateful that we found a safe and warm place to stay during our trip.
