After a long day on the mountain, soak up incredible views by the wood-burning fireplace on the large sectional. Melt your aches away in the hot tub, take a sauna, or curl up with a blanket in the entertainment room. Eastwood has everything to make your trip memorable and late check out (per request if avail) to make it last. Eastwood is a 3,000 sq foot home spread across three floors. The house is easily accessed from the main road via a flat, plowed driveway. The large mud room has space for all of your gear and built in racks for all your boards and skis. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an 8 seat dining table. The open living space has a large Broyhill sectional and recliner, perfect for relaxing in front of the wood-burning fireplace, as well as a 65" Roku TV. The separate, upstairs entertainment room has a sectional couch, books, games, a 50" Samsung smart TV, and a privacy divider. Upstairs also has a game table with 4 chairs. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 queen and 1 queen plus twin on the ground floor; 1 king on the main floor; and 1 double twin on the upper floor. The queen and king bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms. Additional bathrooms are outside of the other bedrooms. All bathrooms have stand-up showers and there is a large separate jacuzzi tub. Please enjoy the hot tub (with ice melting walkway mats), fireplace, jacuzzi, game room, and indoor sauna! Each room has its own brand new (Fall 2021) mini-split heat and air conditioning unit. We are a pet-friendly rental! Guests bringing pets will incur an additional $200 fee for cleaning. If you are bringing a pet, you must indicate this in your booking request (the fee will be automatically applied). Please consider potential pet allergies if requesting a booking - we bring a dog and cat with us when we visit the house.
