I really enjoyed my lengthy stay at Abena's place- the stay was quiet and peaceful and had everything I needed to WFH for a 2-month stay! Thank you so much Abena for letting me stay at your place, it was a comfortable and beautiful holiday stay in a very hip and fun part of Manayunk where it was easy to walk to Main Street at get to go to all the main restaurants :)

We stayed in the basement studio for about three months while we were house hunting. The location was great and very convenient to the bus line as well as Main Street of Manayunk. We did experience several issues involving plumbing and some pests but Abena worked fairly quickly to remedy these. The bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation which causes lots of moisture to build up overtime. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The studio was quiet and felt very private.

Overall, a positive stay. Not a very far walk from Main Street which is nice. Abena was very responsive to any needs. Pet-friendly is a big plus and my dog enjoyed spending time in the backyard area.

Stayed here for about three months while on a travel nurse assignment. Abeena is great with communication and handles problems that arise in a timely fashion. The location is super convenient its about 100 feet from the bus into the city, 1/2 mile from Manayunk's Main Street, and less than ten minutes from the train station. However, the apartment was not clean when we arrived - it took about four hours of sweeping the floor, wiping things off, and getting stains out of stuff for us to settle in. The bathroom is very humid and mildew and mold were present. Various issues around the house needed to be addressed from broken doors, paint peeling, and general dust/neglect. We also encountered problems with various pests from ants repeatedly coming in from the windows to mice in the walls.
