I would like to use this opportunity to show my appreciation to Hai, a great host and a great man, although I do not have the chance to stay in his listing (but in the future when chances arrive, I would!) In Feb, due to the coronavirus outbreak, I (a Chinese passport holder--although living in Thailand) was rejected in majority (>90% I would say) of the Airbnb in Danang, even though my visas could prove that I live in Thailand...Hai is one of the very few--if not the only host-- that could take into account my special condition and allow me a home. He checked my visas in Thai to make sure what I said was correct--that shows his taking responsibility for his other guest.s For that, I greatly appreciate his flexibility and responsibility. In the end, though, the government decided to block all Chinese entries. Unfortunately, thus I cannot arrive Danang, which I regret very much for failing Hai's hospitality. Despite that cause an economic loss for him, he agreed to refund given the force maejuer factors. I am grateful for him being so considerate!!! From these two reactions, I can tell that he is a great person and would like to recommend his listings to all of you. Hai是一个好房东，今年1月2月的疫情，岘港的大部分酒店和airbnb开始拒绝中国游客，即使我长期居住在泰国（当时也有3个月没有回国），但是也因此无法找到酒店，几个月前就预定好的房子也被房东取消了。正当我绝望无助之际，Hai是唯一一个可以考虑到这个特殊性，并允许我预定的房东。我感谢他如此通融；为了保证同酒店其他住客的安全，他也查看了我的签证，确保我确实来自泰国，所以他也是一个负责的人。 很可惜，在我飞机起飞之际，越南海关决定不再发放落地签证给所有中国护照持有者，而我也因此未能抵达岘港。而这样的时候，Hai同意给予我退款。这是意料之外，我非常感激他的理解。我很抱歉这一事件造成了他的经济损失。 我相信从这两件事，可以看到Hai是一个非常宽容和理解的人。我非常推荐他的listing给所有到访岘港的你。

I was traveling with my daughter and 2 babies 1yrs old and an infant. We were very happy with the apartment and safety. Door personnel greeted us and helped us carry stroller, carseat, babies, and bags. Offering to call taxi and helping us order food. Apartment had everything we could need including shampoo, bodywash, towels, cleaning supplies, brooms, mops, dishes, pans and fresh clean linens. Restaurant, gym, swimming pool on site. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely highly recommend was great for 2 women and 2 babies!
