The balcony overlooking the ocean is wonderful - spacious with great views. The only disappointment was that the telescope that is shown in the photos was no longer available. The beach closest to the apartment is not ideal for swimming (rocky inlets) but there is a large pool with a great view of the ocean. The apartment is big, with all amenities listed. However, the power-saving mechanisms in place were not communicated. The ceiling fans have power 24 hours a day but the A/Cs and standing fans only have power for some evening hours, with min temp of ACs at 25'C. It gets uncomfortably hot in the apartment with only the ceiling fans on. The host needs to significantly improve on communication. Generic messages are sent via AirBnB; emails, messages, and calls are not responded to until the last minute before check-in. No check-in instructions.
