I had the most amazing time spent at Leah’s place, it’s almost like my second home now! Spent 6 months here and all I can say is she is the best host you can ever find. From frequent check up messages, to home cooked biryani lol she does it all!! It’s literally a 5 min walk to two large malls, but there is also a ton of local shops for groceries, hair cuts, massages, you name it. Gonna truly miss her apt, but I’ve made a life long friend so I guess it’s a fair trade! Take care sis ☺️🫶🏽

Leah’s place was exactly as advertised. I always try and get a place with a laundry machine inside the unit and Leah’s worked great. A full kitchen was available but I only drank coffee there. This particular unit is at the end of the hallway and is a much better layout and feels more spacious than other units in Trees I’ve stayed at before. The building is a bit farther from the subdivision entrance but that means less foot traffic and noise which is a positive in my book. Overall I had a very comfortable visit and would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

It is one of the affordable rent price for a fully furnished unit here in Metro Manila. It also has free internet with good connection, unlimited Netflix on a wide screen TV, and a telephone available inside the unit. Transportation is also convenient; either Grab or taxi. Drinking water will be delivered at your doorstep. The guard at each tower lobby will give you the contact numbers of drinking water delivery service when you ask. You can buy foods, groceries on nearest supermarkets or dine in just outside the complex. Grab food delivery for groceries and foods is convenient also. There is gym outside the complex at the opposite of the road. Bank and ATM are available just outside the complex. The unit is clean. The place is quiet, not too crowded, and it is really safe. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The place is beyond what we had expected, It has 55" smartTV and has a reliable fast internet that was perfect for a wfh setup. It is located near the Malls. Ms. Suhayla is very easy to comunicate with, she very hospitable. I highly recommend her place.
