We stayed at Eddie’s place so we could drive to the solar eclipse. It was perfect for our needs, and was as described. The Wi-Fi worked great, the shower was hot, and the space was comfortable. We did not use many of the other amenities because our stay was so short. The first night some of the other tenants had been having a lively discussion for a while, but then it got well past the quiet hours and I couldn’t get to sleep. I messaged Eddie, and he got in touch with them quickly and I was able to get some sleep. I appreciated how responsive he was. I certainly don’t mind people talking in other units, but they were a bit loud for the later hour. Overall a good stay and a great host. Thank you!

Overall-excellent! 2 things, then onto the good stuff. There was a strong odor in the "common area" (I need to make very clear- this was NOT inside the actual apartment, which was very clean and smelled great! The space that smelled was sort of an "extra mud room, or common area" but we had to walk through it to get outside. Anyway, it wasn't overwhelming, but enough to be noticeable. The other issue was skunk smell, which was addressed the following morning by Eddie. Nothing he or anyone can do about nature, but it was really wonderful that he checked in about it. When we checked in the place was very clean, very warm and very quiet. Off street parking is good. The pictures are really a good representation of the space and the directions were clear and concise. I had checked prices on a few area hotels and the value at this location was FAR better for FAR less money. I would 100 percent recommend this listing to friends and family and anyone who wants a clean, warm, really nice spot
