This house was absolutely perfect for our family/friend vacation. Firstly, the access to the beach was awesome. The walkway to the beach was just around the corner. The house was very open downstairs and made it easy to spend time together and not feel crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, serve ware and bakeware. The ice machine was a life saver! So nice to fill up the coolers with. The starter amenities were just enough for our week stay. We had a slight miscommunication with the code to get into the neighborhood’s gate, but the hosts are very easy to get a hold of and helped us out. Very happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We chose Dolphin Run bc of location to beach, private beach access, price and location. Oversee was responsive to any texts I sent during our stay. House was exactly as described and pictures shown. This was a friend getaway & everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. If you have more than 5 people, you will need to pull a couple chairs into the living area if you wish to watch some TV to wind down at the end of the night, but we did musical chairs each night for this. ;) loved how close to the beach we were & not having to walk across the street for beach access was clutch! Had all the amenities you could ask for. Not listed in their posting, but it does come with a washer and dryer. The hubs and I watched the sunset from the roof on the nights we weren’t down at the beach and it was so peaceful. Very easy checkin and checkout. My only suggestion would be to add more seating to the living area to accommodate everyone. Would stay here and at other oversee properties in the future.
