GREAT place!!! GREAT location!!! GREAT host!!! The building is in a newly renovated colonial mansion. The apartments are brand new, tastefully designed and decorated. Everything inside the apartment is top quality and brand new. All was perfectly clean and kept that way during my stay with daily housekeeping service (included). The location is excellent! Close walking distance to the Cathedral and all mayor sights in the Centro Historico. Aaron, the host, is wonderful! He was quickly responsive and was most helpful with local knowledge. Finally, I REALLY enjoyed the additional hotel services. Aside from daily housekeeping they provide (at very reasonable added prices): dry cleaning service, a top notch restaurant and transfer service to and from the airport. I will stay there again on my next visit to Quito.
