Very conveniently located near a Metro stop and Trastevere, and our favorite Carbonara restaurant Felice Testaccio. Rooms are comfortable with AC. Bathroom is a tight fit and a couple minor repairs are needed but otherwise decent place for the price.

there was nothing "luxury" ok this accomodation. the location was nice, near the train and bus stations. the house was clean and the kitchen was renovated - those were the positive points the house is in the basement, there are no blinds on the bedrooms, so you will get light early in the morning. when you flush, there is an horrible noise, like when a boat arrives at shore, a huge and annoying noise, I really don't know how the neighbors didn't came to us complaining, god have mercy if you flush during the night and you wake up the whole neighborhood. also, there is not toilet seat, you seat in the porcelain lol adding to that, when you flush, adding to the horrendous noise, there was also a bad smell on one of the rooms.. the lady who gave us the keys spoke zero english, not the best person to greet someone for sure, she was nice but couldn't understand nothing we said we will for sure not repeat the experience. during 2 weeks in Italy, this was by far the worst accomodation we had
