Patricia was so welcoming and friendly and her home and garden was beautiful. She made my husband and I feel completely at home and couldn't do enough for us. I'm just gutted that I wasn't able to book the room for next year's Download Festival.

This is the first Airbnb we have ever returned to - and that is 25% the room, but 75% Patricia. The space is comfortable, inviting, excellent mattress and very peaceful. Patricia couldn’t do enough to help us. Every little request was no trouble at all, she actively enjoyed having us in her lovely home, and did all she could to make us feel like one of the family. She truly is a wonderful person and this is an excellent place to stay!
